The Concierge Desk is staffed 24 hours a day 365 days a year. All guests are announced prior to being allowed entry to any unit. The Concierge accepts and notifies the residents on all deliveries such as USPS, FEDEX, Dry Cleaning, Drug Store deliveries and such.
